  • Email the teacher the application

  • Review the teacher's application to ensure there are no errors or incomplete sections.

  • Email the application link to the lesson's director for hire approval.

  • Once receiving the approval email from the lesson's director, click on the "Step 3" button to the top right.

  • When you open the document in a new window, click the blue button on the top right hand side of the screen that says "fill a copy."

  • A small window will pop up with options. Click the "Send a copy as a sign request (you and/or others)" option. 

  • Enter the teacher's email address in here and then click the "send" button on the bottom right hand side of the screen.

  • Be sure the teacher submits their background check document, and there are no issues with it. Forward it to the lesson's director for confirmation.

  • Create & publish a personal page for the teacher. Upload the proper information.

  • Update the SEO on the page to reflect the URL address as being the teacher's name/stage name.

  • Review the instruments played that are checked off in the teacher application.

  • Add the teacher's picture/info on all of the according instrument pages. ie: Piano, Saxophone, etc. 

  • Be sure to link the teacher's profile to every
